Qualifications      :​

1. Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Education Major in Automotive Technology or Bachelor of Science in Engineering courses;
2. Proven work experience as a teacher, technician, foreman, or a relevant work experience in automotive industry;
3. Possess technical skills, expertise and thorough knowledge of teaching best practices and legal educational guidelines partnered with willingness to follow the school's policies and procedures;
4. Preferably with TESDA National TVET Trainer Certificate (NTTC) in Automotive Servicing;
5. Aware of the basic safety precautions needed in the workshops preferably with relevant certifications on safety;
6. Preferably with valid driver’s license;
7. Strong leadership and controlling skills as well as creative, energetic and committed;
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
9. Excellent organization and time management skills with high level of attention to details;
10. Strong moral values and discipline to serve as role model to students;
11. Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Job Description   :     
    

1. Participates in the development, preparation and/or selection of instructional materials, guides and evaluation procedures that are needed by the students;
2. Undertakes classroom management and delivery of instructions through creative and innovative teaching, proctoring, mentoring and advising following the prescribed session plan;
3. Implement Auto Servicing curriculum of TESDA and TEAM21 Curriculum;
4. Teach Auto Servicing subject;
5. Keep and maintain students records (attendance, grades, etc.);
6. Prepare, restore and safekeep training items (materials, tools and equipment).

Qualifications      :​

1. A degree in teaching or with a diploma/certificate in education or in a specialized training program as prescribed by TESDA.
2. Must have a Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) Certificate of N3 level and above.
3. Preferably with TESDA Trainer’s Methodology (TM) I Certificate.
4. Excellent organization and time management skills with high level of attention to details.
5. Strong moral values and discipline to serve as role model to students.
6. Computer literacy (i.e., MS Office applications).
7. Effective communication skills with ability to maintain cooperative relations in a calm and tactful manner and in handling confidential information and records.

Job Description   :

1. Identify problems with vehicles using the diagnostic equipment.
2. Test the functionality of parts and systems.
3. Perform routine maintenance and general mechanic work on vehicles.
4. Fabricate new training simulators using available automotive parts and components.
