(TMPTECH), a non-stock and non-profit educational institution, the school is geared towards transforming the Philippines into a human resource development hub to meet the needs of Global Toyota. Described as a “local training entity with a global perspective,” TMP Tech is specifically established for the training of after-sales technicians who will be deployed in service centers both here and abroad.

Award?
​

​The “Two Stars Award” from the Technical Education and Skills Development
​Authority (TESDA) was given for quality standards and course implementation of Automotive Servicing National Certification (NC) Level IV. The Two Stars Award is the second highest distinction under the TESDA’s System for TVET Accreditation and Recognition or STAR Program, which aims to promote and uphold excellence among TVIs. ​ ​

ADVANCED AND FAST-TRACK CURRICULUM

​  The curriculum includes TESDA National Certification (NC) Levels and Toyota’s Technical Education for Automotive Mastery for 21st (TEAM 21). ​At the end of the program, the TMP Tech graduate achieves the equivalent of Toyota Pro-Technician level.

HIGH EQUIPMENT-TO-STUDENT RATIO

    TMP Tech is equipped with world-class training equipment and highly trained Instructors. There are fewer students to a piece of equipment where students are assured that they will have thorough hands-on practice during their training.

STATE-OF-THE- ​ART FACILITIES

​   More advanced equipment and simulators are available for training use and with technical rooms and workshop lay-out aligned with Toyota standards. Training vehicles include high-end and hybrid vehicles, such as Prius, Lexus and Land Cruiser.
