Job Description   :    

1. Will assist the staff with general office duties including, but not limited to, research, data entry, filing and processing of documents, and general coordination.

Qualifications      :​

1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management / Operations Management;
2. Preferably with at least 2 years of experience as an Office Assistant or Customer Service Representative;
3. Preferably with proven work experience in a school-setting.

Job Description   :     
    

1. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), creating Google Documents, Emails and Reports as advised by the superiors.
2. Maintains records of withdrawals; adds data of late enrollees to; and constantly updates the enrollment database as basis for the Faculty Members' class lists.
3. Participates in the development of record filing, archiving and retrieval systems of documented data relative to the operations of the Academic Affairs Department.
4. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications      :​

1. A degree in teaching or with a diploma/certificate in education or in a specialized training program related to automotive and required license/s by the appropriate government agency as prescribed by TESDA;
2. Preferably with TESDA National TVET Trainer Certificate (NTTC) in Automotive Servicing;
3. Aware of the basic safety precautions needed in the workshops preferably with relevant certifications on safety;
4. Preferably with valid driver’s license;
5. Strong leadership and controlling skills as well as creative, energetic and committed;
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
7. Excellent organization and time management skills with high level of attention to details;
8. Strong moral values and discipline to serve as role model to students;
9. Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Job Description   :     
    

1. Implement Auto Servicing curriculum of TESDA and TEAM21 Curriculum;
2. Teach Auto Servicing subject;
3. Keep and maintain students records (attendance, grades, etc.);
4. Design instructional materials;
5. Prepare, restore and safekeep training items (materials, tools and equipment).
