APPLICATION FOR RE-ADMISSION

Students previously enrolled in any regular program and who wants to enroll back to TMP Tech shall be required to apply for re-admission.

Guidelines​

• A student may be re-admitted only when his or her scholastic and disciplinary records are evaluated as satisfactory.
• Re-admission becomes official only upon submission of the approved re-admission form to the Office of the Registrar.

How to Apply

2. Submit the re-admission form at [email protected]
3. Wait for the confirmation email from the Office of the Registrar.
4. Pay fees.
5. Receive a confirmation for enrollment from the Office of the Registrar.
