ADMISSION
Students admitted to TMP Tech have to meet the academic standards of the school and agree to abide by the school’s policies, rules and regulations.
Applicants for admission are required to pass the school Entrance Examination administered by the Admission Staff, and go through to an interview. Other requirements are the following:

Foreign students’ admission is required to apply for a Student Visa with the Bureau of Immigration (BI). Passport and Student Visa should be submitted to the Office of the Registrar including renewal every six (6) months. Failure to submit the said documents will incur necessary penalties and the student will not be allowed to enroll for the following term.
No foreign student shall be enrolled without the prior approval of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) and the Bureau of Immigration.
In addition to the above, TMP Tech may impose additional specific requirements for admission.
The TMP Tech reserves the right to refuse admission or re-admission to any student who files or whose parents file a case or a complaint against the school, its owners, official, faculty and employees, in court or any administrative agency of the government. As a result, hereof, scholarship, discounts given to a student shall be forfeited.

- Original copy of Certificate of Good Moral Character from school last attended
- Certified True Copy of Birth Certificate from the National Statistics Office (NSO)
- Two (2) pieces of 2” x 2” colored latest pictures with white background
- For married applicants, copy of marriage certificate
- Medical Certificate from a TMP-Tech accredited hospital.
- Others
1.2 Additional Requirements for Transferee or With Undergraduate Degree
- Original Certificate of Transfer Eligibility
- Transcript of Records or Certified True Copies of Grades from previous schools attended
- Original copy of Honorable Dismissal issued by school last attended
1.3 Foreign Student: International Student Admission Guidelines

- A foreign student applying should submit the following requirements:
- Original copy of Transcript of Records duly authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service establishment located at the student’s country of origin or legal residence;
- Birth Certificate;
- Two (2) pieces of 2” x 2” colored latest pictures with white background
- Admission Test Fee of four US Dollars (US$4) or its equivalent in Philippine pesos which is non-refundable even if the student fails the exam; and
- Medical Certificate from a TMP-Tech accredited hospital
- For married applicants, copy of marriage certificate
- Original copy of Certificate of Good Moral Character from school last attended
- Student Visa

ENROLLMENT
Enrollment is the formal admission of a person who complied all the requirement prescribed by the school. Enrolment is completed only upon payment of the required amount as down or full payment and compliance with the prescribed rules and regulations for admission and enrolment. The reciprocal relationship involving rights, duties and responsibilities between the student and school begins upon admission or enrolment.
New Students
Old/ Returning Students
Identification Card
For security reasons, the NO ID-NO ENTRY Policy shall be strictly enforced. Entry of visitors to the campus is limited to parents of currently enrolled students and visitors with legitimate business. All visitors are required to register and leave a valid ID with the security personnel.
New Students
- Submitted all necessary documents prescribed by the Admission Staff.
- Pay at the Accounting Office and secure the official receipt and registration form.
- Proceed to the I.D. photo area for picture-taking.
- Proceed to the Student Services and Tool Room Personnel’s for uniform and other supplies.
Old/ Returning Students
- Secure and accomplish clearance form.
- Submit accomplished clearance to the Office of the Registrar.
- Proceed to Cashier to assessment and payment fees.
- Submit registration form to the Office of the Registrar.
- Present copy of registration form to the instructors assigned.
Identification Card
- The Student Identification Card is the official proof of being a student of the school.
- It is required to allow entrance in the campus and participation in school
- It must be worn at all times while in the campus and when attending official
- Submit a request letter with notarized affidavit of loss to the Office of the Registrar
- Pay appropriate fee at the Cashier’s office upon approval of the request letter
- Proceed to Office of the Registrar.

SCHOLARSHIPS
TMP Tech together with its institutional partners offers scholarship grants to financially-challenged students with above average scholastic performance and good moral character. The Student Affairs Department administers these programs:
Only one (1) grant, whichever is most suitable, subject to availability, shall be awarded to each qualified student. Successful applicants shall be notified by the Student Services Department.
Qualifications
- A student who entered in the first-year level who met the following requirements may qualify for scholarship grant:
- Must be a Filipino citizen;
- Must have passed the TMP Tech admission requirements (Article II Sec. 1: 1.1 & 1.2)
- Must have an average grade of 85% or better, with no grade lower than 80% in Science and Math based on grades for third year and grades for the first three grading periods for fourth year (or equivalent under the K+12 program).
- Combined annual family income of not more than P150,000.00.

Student Services Department
FOR INCOMING FIRST YEAR:
- All admission documentary requirements (Article II Sec. 1: 1.1-1.2)
- Copy of grades from third year to fourth year high school (or equivalent under the K+12 program);
- Statement of purpose stating how the scholarship will help the student achieve his/her goals (1-page maximum);
- Letter of recommendation from high school teacher or school official.
- For succeeding NC level:
- Certified True Copy of Grades beginning the student’s first NC training program;
- Certificate of Good Moral Character;
- Certificate of attendance and punctuality performance;
- Certificate of no disciplinary cases.
Parents may be called for interview for validation of information given. The Student Services Department may, at any time, require additional requirements or conduct ocular inspection to process the application.
All scholarship recipients will be notified in writing and enclosed copy of the “Scholarship Agreement”. The student and his/her parent/guardian must thoroughly read, review and sign the Agreement accepting the scholarship terms and condition.
RETENTION POLICY:
- The student must meet the following requirements in order to maintain the scholarship grant:
- Must maintain weighted point average of 85% per NC level with no grade lower than 80% in all units of competencies, including OJT program duly certified by Office of the Registrar;
- Must not file of Leave of Absence for the entire period for which s/he enjoys scholarship duly certified by Office of the Registrar;
- Must have attained 95% attendance and punctuality performance duly certified by his/her former Instructor.
- Must have no record of disciplinary violations duly certified by the Discipline Officer of the Student Services Department.
- All scholarship recipients shall be subjected to evaluation every NC level. A student who fails to meet the WPA and other requirements specified above will be automatically removed from the program. The student shall immediately refund the total accumulated amount of grant s/he received as of the date of termination.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE:
• Study Now, Pay Later Program
- TMP Tech also provides financially challenged but deserving students with the opportunity to study under the student loan program of “Study Now, Pay Later”. The financial assistance may cover loan for tuition and miscellaneous fees for the entire duration of the training program.
- Students under this program are required to repay the loan amount wherever the students get employed through salary deduction with no interest. The loan amount will be repaid by remittances to TMP Tech.
- The arrangement will be documented by a Student Loan Agreement between the student, his/her parents/guardian and TMP Tech. The agreement may be terminated before the end of the training program if the student does not comply with the prescribed retention policy stated in (Article X Sec. 2: 2.4: 4.4.6). In such case, the student shall immediately pay the total accumulated loans received as of the date of termination.
- The student and his/her parent/guardian shall execute separately a promissory note to cover the loans granted. The parent/guardian shall be jointly and severally liable with the student in case of default in the re-payment of the loan granted to the student.
Qualifications:
